Som kunstner jobber jeg ikke med ett spesifikt medium, men velger materialer og uttrykk som tjener ideen og konseptet jeg jobber med. Min daglige jobb er å være områdeansvarlig på SALT art & music. Det vil si at jeg har deltatt i alt det praktiske arbeidet med montering, vedlikehold og demontering av installasjonen av Kaarina Kaikkonen på SALT. For dette etterprosjektet plukket jeg små rester av tøystykker fra skjortene og monterte dem på en liten modell av fiskehjellene der skjortene til Kaarina Kaikkonen hadde vært installert på. Arbeidet mitt er inspirert av Baye Fall-kulturen i Senegal, hvor de samler inn rester fra skreddere til sin design, slik at materialer fra rike og fattige sammenføyes i klærne.

I am not a medium-specific artist and choose material serving the idea and concept of my art. My daily job is being a manager of the arena at SALT art & music. Overseeing all the practical work of mounting, maintaining, and dismantling the installation of Kaarina Kaikkonen at SALT, has been part of my job. For this after project, I picked pieces of cloth from the shirts and mounted them on a small-scale model of the structure where the shirts of Kaarina Kaikkonen were installed. My work is inspired by the Baye Fall culture in Senegal, where they collect remains from tailor shops for the designs of their clothes. This makes material from the rich and poor are merge in their clothes
